The Forward FW-360C Touchscreen Display Separation Station is a professional tool designed for the precise separation of touchscreen
With a 360 degree rotatable design, it allows you to work in the position that is most comfortable for you.
The device is equipped with two rotary buttons, useful for separating edges, flat or in-frame screens, and removing glue or frames.
It has three groups of memory channels for temperature, preset at 65, 100 and 200 degrees C, but you can customize these values to suit your working needs.
It takes just 5 minutes to heat up to 200 degrees C, ensuring fast and efficient operation.
The design includes rounded corners, which help keep the separator wire in position, reducing the risk of it coming loose.
Metal feet secure the station to the workbench, providing better stability during operation.
The machine has two separate switches: one for temperature control and one to activate the vacuum function,
which can be used independently to absorb the screen without heating. It is also compatible with various removable molds
for the separation of edge-in-frame screens, allowing easy adjustment of the moment of attachment of the mold to the heating platform.
